French country-style breakfast

Through a fresh fusion of the flavours of two worlds, we want to bring you an experience from early in the morning. A traditional breakfast with a touch of Provence is served not only for hotel guests, but also for the general public in the form of a French country buffet in the Frenchie Terrasse restaurant. During breakfast, you can enjoy a wide selection of fresh pastries, baguettes, crusty breads baked in-house, fluffy croissants, as well as typical French cakes. On the breakfast counter you will also find a variation of different homemade jams, pancakes or granola, which can be supplemented with many ingredients. The buffet also includes a selection of farmhouse cheeses, hams, salami from local suppliers and, of course, eggs prepared in a variety of ways. You can replenish your morning energy with fresh juices and homemade lemonades.
