Dear guests,
We are glad that you and your pet have decided to stay at the Zlatý Kľúčik Hotel. During your stay, please observe the following points:

  1. Accommodation is only possible with a pet up to 8kg resp. height 20cm, short-haired breed.
  2. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas.
  3. For accommodation with pets, apartments in the hotel dependance or standard rooms are reserved as a priority. or standard rooms.
  4. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant and SPA area.
  5. The pet must not be left alone in the room (without a human present).
  6. Pets are not allowed in the room while the room is being cleaned by the housekeeper.
  7. The fee for a pet staying at the hotel is 30,-€/night.
  8. If the room is damaged, you will be charged for the damaged inventory.
